You can really say autumn is here. Again a rainy morning. We left Cosne-sur-Loire at 09.15. It was grey, foggy and raining most of the way to Besançon, where we arrived at 15.00, to find a long line of (old) people waiting to check in. It was pooring cats & dogs, but we managed to find ourselves a place in Camping de Besançon Chalezeule.

The trip was uneventful with the first half snailing through small French villages with narrow and bumpy road, thus a poor fuel consumption of 8.1 km/l and and average speed of 70 km/h
